Manchego 18-month aged Cheese (2x2.9kg)
This PDO Manchego cheese is cured and refined in a specific way so that it reaches its maximum quality after 18 months of curing.
Its homogeneous curing gives it a yellowish color, as well as a very intense and slightly spicy smell. The taste is sweet and reminiscent of nuts, and its texture, without losing the butteriness typical of Manchego PDO cheese, is somewhat grainy. Please consider that when ordering pieces, the size of each piece can have a slight weight variation.
