Made in Italy the traditional way! Extruded from bronze metal dies, this pasta is slow dried for greater flavour and nutrient retention. Our pasta is made from Italian Triticum spelt flour, the most prized varient of spelt for pasta and offers the highest fibre content of any pasta. This pasta has a firm texture which it retains during cooking. Tastes great with fresh vegetables and traditional tomato based pasta sauces.
