La Badia Prosciutto Parma DOP (Unpressed)


This stamped Prosciutto from Parma is made from pigs that are fed whey and it is aged and spiced to perfection. The result is a prosciutto that is tender, not dry, wonderfully fragrant without being “porky,” and not salty. 

  • Adobbo Prosciutto has a particular shape, once deboned it is pressed in a slightly rolled manner, giving it a more rustic appearance.
  • This prosciutto is D.O.P (Denominazione di Origine Protetta - Protected Designation of Origin) meaning that it was produced in a traditional manner in the Parma region of Italy
