IN THE OVEN

Preheat the fan oven to 170°C. Arrange the still frozen croissants on a baking sheet with baking paper, leaving a space between the croissants for leavening during cooking.

Place the pan on the middle shelf of the oven.

Bake for 20-24 minutes depending on desired level of browning.
IN THE AIR FRYER
For faster preparation, you can cook your croissants in the air fryer for 16-18 minutes at 170°C, without preheating.
After baking, let the croissants cool before eating.
Once thawed and baked, the product cannot be refrozen.

WHEAT flour (24%), vegetable margarine [palm oil, water, sunflower oil, salt, concentrated lemon juice], HAZELNUT and cocoa cream 17% [sugar, palm oil, HAZELNUTS 13%**, skimmed MILK powder 8.7%**, low-fat cocoa 7.4%**, emulsifiers: lecithins ( SOYA ) ; vanillin], mother yeast 14% (water, WHEAT flour ), water, sugar, brewer's yeast, anhydrous BUTTER , WHEAT gluten, EGGS , salt, glucose syrup, EGG yolk , flavouring, glazing agent (pectins), colouring (beta carotene).
**Corresponds to 2.2% hazelnuts, 1.4% skimmed milk powder and 1.2% low-fat cocoa on the finished product.
