- Notification Period:
- Frozen, Cheese, and Meat Products: Customers must notify us of any issues or desire to return frozen, cheese, or meat products within 72 hours of delivery. This timeframe is crucial to maintaining the quality and safety of these perishable items.
- All Other Products: For all non-perishable items, customers have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Eligibility for Return:
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as received. Perishable items must also adhere to the notification period mentioned above. Some exceptions accepted.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, customers will have the convenience of initiating returns online through their account, streamlining the process for a seamless experience. Please note that all returns are subject to approval or rejection based on the condition of the product, ensuring the integrity of our quality standards. Please provide a detailed description of the issue, and, if possible, attach clear photos of the item(s).
- Refund or Replacement:
- Once the return is approved, customers may choose between a refund or a replacement for eligible items. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow standard business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Return Shipping:
- For non-perishable items, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. For frozen, cheese, and meat products, return shipping costs will be covered by Jesse Tree Importing Ltd only if the return is due to a quality issue or error on our part.
