- Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with the exception of holidays and weekends.
- Shipping Schedule:
- We ship products almost everyday considering different locations each day. If you place an order after the weekly cutoff, it will be processed and shipped in the following week's batch.
- Shipping Rates:
- Standard Shipping: $9.95 for orders below $500 and within GTA.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on orders over $500 within GTA.
- Orders outside GTA are subject to additional charge based on the product weight, dimensions, and location, which will further be collected once the orders is picked and packed and the information is passed to the customer about the shipping rates.
- Shipping Method:
- All orders are shipped using our own carriers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
- Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 2 business days.
- Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location.
- Order Tracking:
- You can track your order using the provided tracking number (if applicable) in the shipping confirmation email. Log in to your account on our website or contact our customer support for assistance.
