Louit Frères was founded in 1825 in Bordeaux, France. Their recipes have stood the test of time and continue to please mustard-lovers globally. 

This mustard, composed entirely of organic raw materials, has a spicy flavour and a wonderful aroma. Its coarse texture, due to the presence of whole mustard seeds,  makes it slightly grainy on the palate. It is a beautiful compliment to meats.
