Zanini Frozen Chickpea Farinata Flatbread (8 x 320 g)

Chickpea farinata is a typical specialty of Liguria. It is a very low savoury flatbread prepared with simple ingredients: chickpea flour, water, salt and oil.

How to prepare

Remove the film from the product.
Heat the oven to 250°, once the temperature has been reached, bake directly from the freezer for 8 minutes.
It is also possible to prepare the product by letting it defrost for 15 minutes and then proceeding as above for 4/5 minutes.
In the microwave, remove the product from the aluminum tray, defrost, cook with the grill function for 4/5 minutes.
