Altobello products are air-dried next to a national park, high in the mountains of Abruzzo. Lardo is a traditional Italian cured fatback, typically made from the back of the pig and seasoned with a blend of salt, herbs, and spices, then slowly aged to develop its silky, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
