Taleggio a DOP Caravaggio is a soft, young cheese from Lombardy, made with raw cow’s milk. It has a creamy texture and an intense, aromatic flavour with a sweet and slightly tangy finish. The pink-orange rind is naturally developed by Brevibacterium linens. Ideal for pairing with polenta, adding to risottos, or baking into focaccia.
