Our burrata comes from Italy. It is a delicious, creamy textured soft cheese.

Ingredients: Pasteurized milk • UHT cream (40%) (cow's milk cream obtained by centrifugation and subjected to UHT sterilization treatment) • Salt • Rennet • Acidity regulator (lactic acid).

Contains: Milk.

FROZEN PRODUCT Store at - 18°C

Defrost in the fridge at +4°C for about 24 hours. Once thawed, the product must not be refrozen but kept refrigerator at +4°C and consumed within 2 day.
