This mildly smoked emmental is made from the finest hay milk. It develops its distinctive savoury, nutty flavour during the careful ripening process. The cheese is gently smoked over beechwood to give it an additional mild smoky flavour. Please consider that when ordering pieces, the size of each piece can have a slight weight variation.
