Altobello products are air-dried next to a national park, high in the mountains of Abruzzo. Lonza is a traditional Italian cured meat made from the pork loin, carefully seasoned with salt, black pepper, and aromatic herbs, then slow-aged to develop a tender texture and delicate, savoury flavour. Leaner than other cured meats, it has a mild, slightly sweet taste with subtle hints of spice.
