Ancient Ligurian Focaccia Flatbread with Cheese (8x300g)
The cheese focaccia is made up of two very thin layers of dough filled with fresh cheese.

How to prepare
In the oven:
Remove the film from the product.
Preheat the oven to 220°, once the temperature has been reached, bake directly from the freezer and cook for 4 minutes to have a soft and creamy Focaccia, 5 minutes for a crispier Focaccia.
In the pan:
Remove the film and the aluminum tray.
Heat the still frozen product over medium heat for 6 minutes, in a non-stick pan, covering it with a lid or, possibly, with the same aluminum tray.
We recommend waiting 60 seconds before serving it.

Crescenza cheese 60% (pasteurized milk, milk cream, lactic ferments, salt, rennet), “00” soft wheat flour, water, olive oil, salt.
