Florentina 0% Bellini, organic alcohol-free sparkling wine , reveals delicate bubbles that are both fine and persistent .

The color is pale yellow, with shiny and silver reflections .

The nose has crunchy peach aromas .

The mouth presents a creamy and caressing mousse , revealing notes of peach, of incomparable freshness .

    

Night harvest of grapes,  pressing and preservation of musts by pasteurization.

A few days before final assembly and foaming,  organic yeast infusions  are made.

These are then assembled with white grape must as well as  natural peach flavors .

All of these components bring complexity to Florentina.  Foaming is obtained by adding natural carbon dioxide at very low temperature.

The bottle passes through a pasteurization tunnel in order to stabilize the product; this allows you to avoid the use of preservatives and sulphites  (vegan and sulphite-free product) .
