Preparation:
Brown the chopped onions and garlic in a pan with the oil, add the previously defrosted risotto mix, pour in the white wine, and let it evaporate.
Cook for about 3 minutes, add the rice, cover everything with the fish stock, and continue cooking for 15 minutes.
At the end of the cooking, turn off the heat, add the butter and chopped parsley, and continue stirring until the butter has melted.
Serve hot.
