Whole peeled tomatoes are roughly chopped at the Bianco DiNapoli factory, designed to duplicate breaking the tomato flesh by hand. Topped with a light puree, three fresh basil leaves and pinch of salt before each can is sealed, cooked, and cooled to lock in the California summer harvest.
