Grape Variety: Organic 60% Montepulciano and 40% Merlot

Vinification: Montepulciano grapes are matured in stainless steel containers, whereas the Merlot grapes are matured in oak barrels

Colour: Ruby red

Sensory and Taste Notes: Intense nose of ripe red fruit and black cherry jam, slightly spicy. On the palate it enters soft, warm, intense, with a slightly almond finish, of great structure.

Food Matching: Serves well with red meats and game. It is also excellent as an aperitif, and alongside first courses.

Serving Temperature: 18-20° C
