Asiago Fresco by Monti Trentini is made with full-fat cow’s milk, salt, and rennet, using milk collected daily from farms in the PDO area of northern Italy. This fresh cheese has a mild, pleasant flavour, a soft texture, and a white to pale straw colour. Rich in protein with balanced fat content, it pairs well with many dishes and is ideal for everyday cooking.
