Altobello products are air-dried next to a national park, high in the mountains of Abruzzo. Speck is a delicately smoked, cured ham made from premium pork legs. It's lean and tender, with a mildly smoky, slightly sweet flavour, and a clean, aromatic finish. Speck pairs nicely alongside cheese and pickles, or wrapped around grissini and figs for an elegant appetizer.
