The tasty combination of courgette flowers, mozzarella and anchovies brings the flavour and authenticity of home-made dishes to the table. With a delicate flavour, the courgette flowers are covered in a soft batter and are ideal to accompany your aperitifs or main courses.

Our ingredients

Zucchini flowers, mozzarella, anchovies. Batter 40%: water, eggs, milk, type “0” soft wheat flour, salt, olive oil, brewer's yeast, flavourings, turmeric.

Cooking Tips

Fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes. You can serve them with lemon wedges and a side of fresh vegetables.
