Florentina Virgin Spritz Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Drink (6x750mL)

Florentina 0% spritz, organic alcohol-free sparkling wine , reveals delicate bubbles that are both fine and persistent .

The color is slightly pink with  brilliant reflections .

The nose has  aromas of bitter orange zest and spices .

The tangy but generous orange peel flavor of Florentina Spritz combines with notes of spices and vanilla for the right balance between bitterness and sugar.  

Night harvest of grapes,  pressing and preservation of musts by pasteurization.

A few days before final assembly and foaming,  organic yeast infusions  are made.

These are then assembled with white grape must as well as  Spritz aromas .

All of these components bring complexity to Florentina.  Foaming is obtained by adding natural carbon dioxide at very low temperature.

The bottle passes through a pasteurization tunnel in order to stabilize the product; this allows you to avoid the use of preservatives and sulphites  (vegan and sulphite-free product) .
