Laviogal Barrel-Aged Greek PDO Feta ( 1 X 15 Kg )

This Feta cheese from Sparta is a traditional, authentic PDO product with a distinctive flavour that is due to the rich flora of the region. It is made from selected fresh pasteurized sheep and goat milk collected daily from sheep and goats that roam free in the grazing fields of the nearby mountains of Parnonas and Taygetos.

The maturation process takes place in aged wooden barrels, under perfectly controlled conditions allowing the Feta cheese to maintain its rich and special flavour.
