Field ripened tomatoes are steam peeled, sorted and filled into a #10 can and topped with a light puree. Three fresh basil leaves and pinch of salt are added for flavour. Each can is sealed, cooked and cooled to perfection in order to lock in the flavour of a California Summer. Perfect to add to any recipe that needs freshly peeled tomatoes!
