The Silver Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is made using the must of grapes and wine vinegar originating from the vineyards of the Malpighi family, which is then aged in oak wood barrels. It is a 100% natural product, free of caramel, dyes, or additives.

This balsamic vinegar has a clear appearance, a dark brown colour, a pungent and well-balanced fragrance, a classic and intense flavour, and a density rating of 1.28.
Pairs Well With
It works well on vegetable salads, omelette, Buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes caprese, roasted meat, carpaccio and boiled meat, fried and in batter food, semifreddo and fresh fruit salads.
